As the 2022 Kia Carnival arrives at dealerships in the coming weeks, the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) has been released. The model will offer four total trim levels, and are as follows:
- LX: $32,100
- EX: $37,600
- SX: $41,100
- SX Prestige: $46,100
The model will fall into the more affordable side compared to other major minivans on the market. While the above-mentioned figures will vary from dealership and location, the base LX trim comes in at a lesser MSRP estimate than the popular options such as the refreshed 2021 Toyota Sienna ($24,460) and the 2021 Chrysler Pacifica ($34,045). Likewise, it will be at a similar price to the 2021 Kia Sedona, which starts at an estimated $32,560.
What New Features Are Coming to the 2022 Kia Carnival?
Beyond its affordability, the 2022 Kia Carnival will offer a groundbreaking set of specifications and features. Every model will receive a 3.5-liter V-6 engine that outputs a best-in-class 290 horsepower. Meanwhile, its interior will house up to 145.1 cubic feet of cargo room behind the first-row – yet another industry-leading number. For the 7-8 passenger capacity, the minivan will also offer “Slide-Flex” seating, which allows for multiple seating configurations and even easier access to the third row.
