As the main draw for the 2021 Kia K5, the model will offer two engines that will offer unique experiences. The base 1.6-liter turbocharged engine provides optimal fuel economy with up to 38 total highway MPG. As a bonus, the exclusive All-Weather Drive system will help optimize the ride during rough or slippery conditions with an estimated 26 City / 34 Highway MPG. The GT trim level will have access to the high-performing 2.5-liter turbo engine. While official fuel estimates have yet to be announced, the model should offer strong fuel economy for a large turbo engine.
