I was driving home from work I saw an accident up ahead about 400 yards in a three lane highway I was slowing down when the car in front slammed his brakes , I then hit mine hitting his car and causing extreme pain to myself , the thing is the guy got out with a cane and broken foot , asked if I was hurt I said yes ,what happened he said he broke his foot a week ago and didn’t want to press charges , I lost my car was injured and laid up for two weeks and lost a lot of money due to not working A state police officer said it was a no fault accident what does that mean
