Putting together your winter emergency car kit

Putting together your kit once you have all of these items is pretty easy. We recommend getting a plastic bin that will fit in your trunk and placing all of the items inside of it. Including a list of the items will help you keep track of what you have as well so that you can keep it together between uses. If your vehicle does not have access to the trunk through the cabin, putting the bin in your backseat is important so that you can access these items without getting out of your car.

Keeping up with regular maintenance of your vehicle is especially important in the winter months, so if you need to schedule an appointment for your Kia, bring it in to the service department at Palmen Kia!
